Synthetic Roll Labels are printed in full color on the front side of adhesive-backed synthetic stock and mounted on a roll of carrier material with easy release. These custom labels are available in circle, oval, square, and rectangle with rounded corners, and they can be printed on White Polypropylene (White BOPP) and White Pearl BOPP stocks. White BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene film) label material is a plastic film material that has great clarity, is resistant to UV rays, has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. This is also moisture resistant, tear-resistant, temperature resistant, and weatherproof. They are great for use on candles, jams or jellies, sauces, vitamins, bottle labeling, warning labels, and labeling products in the health & beauty industry.

For waterproof applications, we recommend White Synthetic Labels. We are offering 2 materials: White Polypropylene and White Pearl BOPP. The second one has a pearl shine. They are printed in full color on the front (4/0). Generally, the material and inks are glossy, but for extra protection or for a matte effect, we recommend Gloss or Matte Lamination. They can be applied to candles, cosmetic products, glass and plastic food bottles, and packages.

Coating

Lamination is an option for Roll Labels. Lamination is a thin layer of synthetic material applied or "laminated" over the image side of a printed piece. In addition to either a gloss or matte finish, it adds durability and a degree of moisture protection. There are two types of lamination: Gloss and Matte.

No lamination

Our inks are water and scratch-resistant. There is no need for lamination in most cases. 

Gloss Lamination

Lamination with a shiny or "Gloss" finish.

Matte Lamination

Lamination with a flat or "matte" finish.

There are also two types of varnish: Full GLOSS UV varnish and Full MATTE UV varnish. 

Label Orientation

Label Orientation establishes the orientation of the label as it unwinds. This is important for automated dispensing and application so we can be sure that the label is applied with proper orientation.
